Camino Zadar

What can happen when three women decide to walk 105 kilometres together? Camino Zadar offered a simple answer: the journey becomes more than a distance, and every step becomes an opportunity to connect.

Over four days, they shared the same direction, pace, and challenges along the route through the Zadar region. Their story is not about setting them apart as exceptions, but about what becomes possible when people get moving and give one another space to take the next step.

The walk and its public activities opened a conversation about movement, sport, and inclusion in the local community. Its message reached beyond the route: equal opportunities are created when we all take part in making them possible.

Camino Zadar was part of a national walking network connecting communities across Croatia. The route ended after 105 kilometres, but the movement continues. None of us walks alone.
