Camino Zagorje-Zagreb

A movement does not grow only through kilometres walked. It grows every time someone chooses to join. That is what happened on Camino Zagorje-Zagreb: the group became larger as the journey continued.

The route crossed the plains and hills of northwestern Croatia. People joined along the way, shared part of the journey, and showed through their steps that participation does not have to look the same for everyone to matter.

From the quiet of nature to the rhythm of the city, walking connected inner calm with a sense of belonging to a wider community. The symbolic finish in Zagreb carried that message into everyday life: opportunities for movement, inclusion, and connection are created where we live.

Camino Zagorje-Zagreb ended in the city, but what mattered most had been growing throughout the journey — the number of people ready to walk part of the way together. Every new step expands the movement, and none of us walks alone.
